Swag, AKA Mr. Jazz Fest, sends word of a major announcement coming tomorrow from the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.
The going rumor, he says, is that the MIA second-weekend Thursday is coming back to the schedule.
Jazz Fest dates for next year are expected to be April 25-27 and May 2-4 (with May 1 added if Thursday returns to the mix).

I haven't been to Jazz Fest since 1990 but am thinking about going this year. Is the Big Chief pass worth it?
Hi, Dmintztx.
Thanks for stopping by, and for commenting.
I've never actually purchased a Big Chief pass, but I've heard great things about the benefits, and it does go to a good cause.
